How Do I Preview My Art?
As soon as your design is ready our system automatically sends you a notice via email to check your design. If you have not received a letter within 5 business days, please check it in your spam mailbox. Or email us at support@artifyu.com indicating your order number.
I ordered multiple items, will they arrive together?

Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate deliveries. However, we usually try to send everything in one package for your convenience.

How will my portrait be send to me??

Your digital portrait will be emailed to you when its complete. Once you approve your artwork, you will have the option to get it printed on a poster, canvas, mug, or t-shirt (at an additional cost).

If you have physical items in your order, they will be delivered via UPS, FedEx or USPS 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, all orders containing physical goods are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

My Custom Art

Is my photo good enough to use?

We highly recommend that you upload high-quality images where faces, colors, and textures are visible. This way we will be able to get everything right the first time.

We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there’s an issue with your photos, we’ll let you know very quickly via email.

If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days.

Do pets, cars & other objects count as subject??

Yes, pets, cars & other objects count as a subject. These items do take time to draw and create.

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all the details you would like in your art in the notes section. Any requests not included in the artist notes may be considered a change request and will incur additional fees.

We offer unlimited free revisions on your artwork. A revision is considered any of the following:

  • Color changes to eyes, skin, clothing, hair
  • Any changes to capture the likeness of the person/character Eg. Moles, mustaches, piercings

Any change request outside of the above will incur additional fees. Each change request is reviewed on a case-by-case scenario and the fee will be based on the effort and time needed to complete the request.

Examples of change requests that will incur fees:

  • Change of clothing
  • Change of body positioning/stance
  • Change of design style
  • Request to use a different photo

How long do revisions & edits take?

Revisions take about 2-3 days to be completed during regular/off-season times. You will receive an email once your art is ready for previewing.

During the months of November and December, revisions take 5-7 days to complete.

Can I get a Physical Print after purchasing a Digital File?

Yes, your order can be upgraded. To do it please email customer service at support@artifyu.com

Do all my people and pets have to be in a single photo?

No, you can have multiple photos and our artists will be able to combine them to create your art design.

Returns & Refunds

What is our refund policy? (Our Guarantee)
Lost Painting Guarantee

If the painting is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new artwork at absolutely no charge to you. Contact us 5-25 days after delivery approval for assistance regarding the lost painting.

Artwork Damage

If your painting arrives damaged, reach out to us within 30 days by contacting our customer support support@artifyu.com. We will print & ship a new item for you free of charge. Make sure to contact us as soon as possible, as we may not be able to reprint the artwork if the deadline is missed.

100% Satisfaction

Once you have received the portrait and you are not satisfied with it you may return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days after receiving it to receive a full refund. Please get in touch with us support@artifyu.com for a return address.

Digital File Refund Policy

Digital download files cannot be refunded once they have been sent to you, regardless of whether you return the physical portrait.

If I change my mind am I able to cancel my order?


Yes. As long as your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing your order.

After the 24 hour period, cancellations will be accepted at our discretion. We might charge you a 20% cancellation fee since work will have already been done on your order.

Orders that have already been printed cannot be canceled.
