Production
Our artists start working on your order once it is placed, the result will be ready in 3-5 business days. We’ll send you an email with a digital file so you can preview your artwork. In case you don’t receive an email with your design, we recommend checking your spam folder!
After you approve the design, the order will go into physical production which takes about 2-4 business days. The sooner you approve the design, the faster it gets finished.
Shipping
The finished order is shipped worldwide, our estimated delivery times are:
USA: 3-7 business days
CA, AUS, UK: 5-10 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Rest of the World: 10-21 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.
Your shipment is insured. If the package gets damaged on the way or has any defects, we’ll send you a new one – or make a refund!
