3. We Do Our Magic
Our PRO artists will work diligently to create portrait from your photos using state-of-the-art digital drawing techniques. After that we will send you a preview of your portrait to approve!
4. Receive Your Artwork!
Your digital portrait will be emailed to you in 3-5 days so you will be able to review and approve it. If you order a print, we’ll ship it to you with a tracking code.

Tips for a perfect pet portrait:
● Close up photos work best!
● Take the photo at your pet's eye level.
● Take the photo in daylight and don't use flash.
● Try to make sure there's no blur by having your pet sit or stay still.
● Make sure long floppy ears are in the photo and are not out of frame.
We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there’s an issue with your photos, we’ll let you know very quickly via email.
Not necessary, you can have multiple photos and our artists will be able to combine them to create your art design.
Yes, you may order just a digital portrait which we will send you via e-mail. The resolution of your illustration will be by default 10800px by 7200px. If you would like custom dimensions, please specify them in your order notes. You may print your digital portrait yourself if you wish.
Also, you can choose physical items in our shop to print your custom portrait on them.
Our artists spend hours drawing each portrait - so it is impossible to provide a preview before ordering.
Once you complete your purchase we will send your artwork for preview in 3-5 business days. You can ask for unlimited revisions until you absolutely love how it looks.
With our 10% upfront payment option, you can now preview your custom portrait by paying just a small deposit. The remaining 90% is only when you approve your artwork. Simply select the 'Pay 10% Now' option when placing your order! Cancel with a full refund at any time.
We'll start working on your order right away and send you the artwork proof for your approval within 3-5 business days. We want to make sure you're 100% happy so you can ask for unlimited revisions until you absolutely love how it looks.
