1. The process of creating your portrait
Your drawing will be ready just in 3-5 business days. We will send a notification to your e-mail for approval of the final variant of your portrait. If you haven`t received a letter from us with your portrait within 5 business days, please check the spam section (sometimes letters end up there).
Notice: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new photo is needed), this understandably will extend production time. If you want to make some changes to your portrait, the artists may require additional time to implement them.
2. Production
After you approve the final version of your portrait it will take 2-4 business days to print it. And then it will be immediately shipped to you. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!
Notice: We wait 5 business days for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 5 days, we will auto-approve and print your order (if printing was included in your order).
3. Shipping
Delivery time estimates (after production):
USA: 3-7 business days
CA, AUS, UK: 5-10 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Rest of the world: 10-21 business days
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as the package is shipped.
Notice: There may be delays during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.
